9/12/07 Laura Roman is a new sales associate with the Peachtree

resident, she will be working with her mother, Patricia Roman, a member of the

City.
Laura Roman, who got her
pre-licensing training through the Wade Gaddy School of Real Estate, is
currently a junior at Clayton College & State University studying pre-law and

4/7/07 The number of homes for sale in metro Atlanta exceeded
100,000 for the first time ever on Sunday, April 01, 2007.
One year ago, the number of homes for sale had just exceeded
80,000. The 20,000 increase in inventory from year to year comes on the heels of
a dramatic slowdown in Atlanta's new home sales which fell more than 13 percent
in 2006. Atlanta resales were up four percent in '06, as they were valued at
historically low levels compared to new homes...

Bullard Realty. Bryant, who has been in real estate for more than 40
years, has been a member of the Million Dollar Club of both the Atlanta
