Take the Community Assessment Survey
10/11/07 FACTOR is a public/private partnership of service
providers, nonprofit and faith based organizations, businesses and individual
citizens. Our mission is to help improve communications and coordination among
and between these groups to build a safer, healthier, more effective
environment for all our citizens.
We are looking to obtain a true sampling of our
community's perception of the County's strengths and weaknesses, as well as
the issues and concerns that citizens would like to see addressed. At least
1500 surveys will be needed.
We have made this as easy as possible through the services of
SurveyMonkey. Please click on the link below that takes you directly to FACTOR
Community Assessment 2007. The survey will take you approximately 5 minutes to
fill out. The survey will close out November 30 and the tabulated results will
be shared with key service providers and policy making groups within Fayette
County for use in planning for future programs.
