Fayette Senior Services’ New Multi-use Facility Opens Soon!
The new Fayette Senior Services state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility and life-enrichment center is made possible by the overwhelming generosity of Fayette County government, the FSS capital campaign donors and our community partners. The new multipurpose building will ensure that FSS continues to meet the increasing and diverse needs of mature adults in the community and it will expand its life-enriching programs to Fayette County residents aged 50+. The Fayette Senior Services’ experienced staff and wonderful corps of community volunteers help make the organization’s programs some of the best in the state! From Baby Boomers to Centenarians, there will be something for everyone at the new center! FSS will be adding new programs, events and classes that will offer plenty of opportunities for people to expand their horizons and enrich their life! With an emphasis on health and wellness, the center’s new fitness room will have an abundance of exercise equipment and there will be a variety of fitness activities offered such as Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, just to name a few. Additionally, the new quarterly class schedules will be challenging, useful and entertaining. From social clubs to games to genealogy to arts/crafts to computers and digital photography, a wide variety of classes will be available to meet the diverse interests in our community.

About Fayette Senior Services: Fayette Senior Services (FSS) is a non-profit organization that provides a broad scope of life-enhancing services to Fayette County residents, aged 50+. The organization offers mature adults the opportunity to be involved in a variety of social, leisure, educational, wellness and life-enriching activities. FSS also provides programs that meet specific needs to improve the quality of life and maintain independence through such programs as: Adult Day Services, Information and Referrals, Meals on Wheels, Life Enrichment Center, Transportation Services, In-Home Services and Case Management.
