“vermiculite” in the Montana town of Libby led to what the EPA has called the
worst case of industrial poisoning of a whole community in American history.

The Miss Georgia Peach Scholarship Pageants will be held Mar 8, 2008 at
the Pettigrew Center at Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley.
Deadline to enter is 1 Mar 08. Age groups are Tiny Miss - 4 - 6 years
old, Little Miss - 7 - 10 years old, Junior Miss - 11 -13 years old, Teen
Miss - 14 - 16 years old, Miss - 17 - 23 years old. Talent is optional for
the Little, Junior, and Teen categories and required in the Miss
competition. Queens serve as official ambassadors of the Georgia peach
