7/9/09 The annual Kick-Off Luncheon for the Fayette County Team Captains of the 2009 Southern Crescent Alzheimer's Memory Walk was recently held with over 60 volunteers in attendance. The luncheon was hosted by the Outback Steakhouse in Peachtree City. Following a moving presentation by caregiver Michael Dziak, Walk co-organizer Iola Snow discussed plans for this years' 10th anniversary event planned for October 3rd. The Walk includes participants from six different counties. |
