Trinquero and Plante Keep the
Family Tradition!
Pair Awarded Rank of Eagle Scout

Daniel Plante, Stephen Plante, Paul Trinquero, John
Trinquero, and Mark Trinquero
11/13/07 (7:41 a.m.) John Trinquero and Daniel Plante
were recently awarded the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest award given to
Scouts. To become an Eagle Scout, the young men have fulfilled service
projects, and demonstrated outdoor skills and leadership abilities. The
completion of their individual service projects earned these Scouts with
the honor that only about 5% achieve. Trinquero's service project included
the building of a wooden fence for a new petting zoo at the Fayette YMCA,
while Plante built a food bridge over a creek at Starrs Mill High School.
These young men not only join their siblings in this honor, they also join
the more than 1.7 million young men who have earned this rank. Both boys
are members of Troop 211 which is sponsored by First Presbyterian Church
of Peachtree City.

10/16/07 Dinah Clore’s second grade class came to Music
with their own homemade instruments! The students read a story, Max
Found Two Sticks, in which a young boy finds everyday things and uses
his imagination to make music. The kids had to be creative and use only
things they could find --- not purchase --- and design their own musical
instrument. They were able to tell their music teacher, Karen Neuner, if
it was a percussion or string instrument. It was fun for the kids!!
