4th Graders Become Published Writers!

9/15/07 At the end of the 2006-07 school year, students in Mrs. Holcombe’s 4th grade gifted class at Spring Hill Elementary entered essays in the Creative Communication, Inc. writing contest. 

Nineteen of the entries were found worthy for publication in a book called, “Celebrating What Is Important to Me”.  

Additionally, Spring Hill Elementary has received a “Writing Achievement Award”, which is given to the top 10% of the schools who entered the contest. The schools are chosen based on the number and quality of the entries accepted.
