Fayette Chamber Now Accepting Applications for Leadership Fayette
6/23/08 (11:06 a.m.) The Fayette Chamber is now accepting
applications for the next Leadership Fayette Class beginning on Tuesday,
September 16th, 2008.
Leadership Fayette is a program for individuals who want to
develop their leadership skills while learning about important aspects of the
Fayette community. The program provides participants with a broad awareness of
Fayette County history, economic development efforts,
and government and social services organizations.
Class members will benefit
greatly from developing contacts and relationships with other leaders drawn from
a diverse group of organizations and backgrounds. Leadership skills are
developed through team projects designed to benefit the community.
The class meets once a month and runs from September through
March. Class participation is limited to 30. The program fee is $350 for
Chamber members and $450 for non-members.
