We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand
fibers connect us with our fellow-men; and along those fibers, as
sympathetic threads, our actions run as causes, and they come back to us as
effects.

wisdom, charity. - William Menninger
4/18/08 (11:15 p.m.) It was damp, it
drizzled at times, but still the valiant dogs and their owners walked to support
the Georgia Heartland Humane Society! Dogs of all sizes and personalities walked
their masters along the scenic paths of Peachtree City on April 12th. Numerous
vendors provided door prizes for the event. The Fayette Front Page was on hand
to enjoy the fun, too! We talked with owners, took tons of photos and even
managed to find time to make a video or two.
