Spring Hill Elementary Students Pledge Support to America

L - R: Principal Randy Hudson, Regent Betty
Harrah, Sara Germano, and Media Specialist Frank Tigner.
10/11/07 The fifth grade students of Spring Hill
Elementary recently stood in line to sign their support of the US
Constitution. Members of the James Waldrop Chapter Daughters of the
American Revolution spoke to the students about the drafting and
signing of the Constitution 220 years ago. Students then read the
Preamble to the Constitution aloud from copies Congressman Lynn
Westmoreland donated, and signed their support to the US
Constitution. A DVD and teacher study guide about the Constitution
were also donated to the school from the James Waldrop Chapter DAR.
