We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand
fibers connect us with our fellow-men; and along those fibers, as
sympathetic threads, our actions run as causes, and they come back to us as
effects.

Fall Study for Women at
Dogwood Church The Amazing Collection is a study of the Bible, book by book,
designed especially for women. One book will be studied each week
through a large-group teaching video and small break-out groups.
This fall the Amazing Collection will be studying Genesis through
II Kings. The public is invited to join the other women as they
discover how one book easily flows into another, developing biblical
history from creation to the history of Israel found in the Kingdom
books. August 21, 2007 - November 13, 2007, Tuesday mornings,
9:30am - 11:30am in the Dogwood Auditorium--975 Hwy 74 South, near

On Tuesday evenings, Dogwood Church will offer a new class called
“The Object of Our Faith is to Know Him More.” What is faith and
where should we place our faith? There isn't a concise definition in
God's word, but we are shown many examples of it. Jesus even tells
us that if we only had faith the size of a mustard seed, then we
could move mountains! It appears that the size of our faith isn't
the issue, but what and who that faith is in. As Christians, our
confidence should be in God. But who is He really? How do I know
that I can trust Him? Join us for this 8-week study to learn what
God says about Himself as He reveals His names and His character to
His servants. September 11 - October 30, 2007, Tuesday evenings
from 7:00pm – 8:30pm in the Dogwood auditorium--975 Hwy 74 South,
near the intersection of Hwy 74 and Dogwood Trail. For more
information or to register, call Felicia Swinford at 770.460.8020.
